Nisarah Lewis

Hello! Thank you for visiting my site. My first encounter with theater was at age 13 when I was given the role of “Lady M.” Following this, four years of high school were spent studying acting (Stanislavski based) and appearing in various plays and musicals (Talking With…, Hair, the Wiz, the Most Happy Fella, Sweeney Todd, etc.) I participated in the Ohlone Theater Festival acclimating awards for some of my performances (1st place Women’s Humorous Monologue, 1st place Contemporary One Act, Young Actors Theatre Camp Scholarship Award Recipient, etc.) My training continued in college at the rigorous SUNY Purchase Acting Conservatory and following this, the duration of my collegiate training continued in the highly collaborative Theatre Performance Track at Fordham University (B.A. Theatre Performance 2015). Throughout college I  studied at Berkeley Repertory’s School of Theatre and Fordham University’s London Dramatic Academy in London, England. I have had the opportunities to appear in works from companies such as American Express, Outback Steakhouse, and some others. I am also a singer (I will karaoke anytime, anywhere) and sometimes model!
